League By-Laws

Western New York High School Club Hockey League (WNYHSCHL) and its members are subject to all the rules and regulations of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and USA Hockey (USAH) regarding local situations.

The WNYHSCHL has a Zero Tolerance Policy that must be adhered to. This policy affects all but not limited to Franchise Holders, Team Managers, Coaches, Players, Parents and Spectators.

AAU

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) recognizes that USA Hockey (USAH) is the National Governing Body (NGB) for Ice Hockey. AAU views the standards set by USAH as guidance and/or recommendations. AAU allows its member clubs to amend and/or adapt rules to their own purposes, provided that such adaptations do no compromise safety. 

WNYHSCHL Zero Tolerance Policy

We are committed to fostering a positive and respectful environment for all participants. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, will not be tolerated. This applies to all individuals associated with the league, including players, coaches, and spectators. We will take swift and decisive action to address any violations of this policy. By promoting good sportsmanship and fair play, we aim to create a memorable and rewarding hockey experience for everyone involved.

Code of Conduct

All participants, including players, coaches, and spectators, are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times
